Welcome to Linkar Creative (PT Linkar Kreatif Digital). By accessing and using our website or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms outline the rules and responsibilities that govern our business relationship and ensure clarity for both parties.
Linkar Creative (PT Linkar Kreatif Digital) provides creative and technology services including, but not limited to: web development, branding, digital marketing, animation, and AI integration. All services are provided on a project basis and subject to written agreement outlining deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. We reserve the right to decline any project that is not aligned with our expertise or values.
Clients are required to provide clear project briefs and supporting materials before commencement. Linkar Creative (PT Linkar Kreatif Digital) will issue a formal quotation or proposal based on the initial discussion. Work begins only after mutual agreement is signed and/or the initial deposit is received. Project changes or scope creep will require written approval and may affect the timeline or cost.
All designs, code, and creative output produced by Linkar Creative (PT Linkar Kreatif Digital) remain the intellectual property of Linkar Creative (PT Linkar Kreatif Digital) until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the rights to the final deliverables transfer to the client unless otherwise stated in the agreement. Source files, working files, and third-party licenses may require separate negotiations and are not automatically included in the handover.
Each project includes a limited number of revisions as defined in the agreed scope. Additional revisions outside of scope will be quoted separately. Clients are responsible for timely feedback and final approval. Once approved, any changes requested thereafter will be treated as new work.
Invoices are issued based on agreed project milestones or payment schedules. Standard terms require a 50% upfront deposit and 50% upon completion unless otherwise negotiated. Late payments may result in a pause in work and/or incur a 2% monthly interest. All fees are quoted exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
Both parties agree to treat all project-related information as confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, client data, proprietary content, business strategies, and creative concepts. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of the project.
Linkar Creative (PT Linkar Kreatif Digital) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services. We do not guarantee results or specific outcomes unless explicitly stated in the contract. Our liability is limited to the value of the services paid by the client.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In such cases, the client agrees to pay for work completed up to the termination date. Any unused deposits are refundable at our discretion, depending on the work completed.
Linkar Creative (PT Linkar Kreatif Digital) reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable local regulations.
